📌 Materials & Tools Required

Materials:

✅ 2 Wooden Pallets (choose ones in good condition)
✅ 4 Wooden Blocks (for legs)
✅ Wood Screws & Wood Glue
✅ Sandpaper (80 and 220 grit)
✅ Wood Stain or Paint
✅ Clear Polyurethane Finish (optional)

Power Drill & Screws
Clamps
Measuring Tape & Pencil
Sander or Sandpaper

🛠️ Step 1: Preparing the Pallets

  • Choose two pallets with solid wood and minimal damage.
  • Use a pry bar to carefully separate the pallet boards.
  • Remove all nails and rough edges.

📏 Step 2: Cutting the Wood

  • Measure and cut the pallet boards to your desired tabletop size (e.g., 36” x 24”).
  • Cut four wooden blocks to the same height (approx. 16”) for sturdy legs.

  • Lay out the pallet boards side by side to form the tabletop.
